By consent of parties the petition is disposed of in
following terms:
(i) In case within a period of two weeks from today
the Petitioner makes a representation to the Chief
Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nasik for
reconsideration of the decision contained in the
order dated 2-1-2007, copy of which is at Exh.I to
this petition, submitting all the materials on which
the Petitioner wants to rely in support of his case
that the order dated 2-1-2007 is liable to be
recalled, the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla
Parishad shall consider that representation in
accordance with law and pass a reasoned order
thereon.
(ii) The Petitioner while submitting the

representation to the Chief Officer shall also supply
a copy of the same to Shri Vasant Namdeo Gaikwad and
Shri Vasant Raghoji Gavale, who are Applicants in
Civil Application No.1503 of 2007.
(iii) The Chief Officer before taking the decision on
the representation shall also grant an opportunity of
being heard to these two Applicants.
(iv) Till the Chief Officer passes the order on the
representation and for a period of two weeks after
the date of communication of that order to the
Petitioner, in case the order is adverse to the
interest of the Petitioner, the interim order dated
8-2-2007 passed by this court in this petition shall
continue to operate.
(v) Petition & Civil Application are disposed of.
