 1. The impugned order warrants no interference.

 The dispute in the suit is as to whether the revocation
 of the permission granted by the B.M.C. to the
 petitioner was justified or not. The Society in which
 the premises is located has been impleaded. It is this
 order which is impugned in this writ petition.

 2. The only ground on which the petitioner can
 possibly be prejudiced is that by the Society being
 impleaded it may be open to the defendants to contend

 is not a dispute between the Society and the petitioner
 as a member of the society. He states that the society
 is being impleaded only for the purpose of assisting the
