. The learned counsel holding for the Petitioner
seeks adjournment. However, the counsel for the
respondent draws our attention to Para 10 of the
Petition which shows that in respect of the subject
matter, a civil suit was pending. Once that be the
case, it will not be proper for this court to
exercise an extra ordinary jurisdiction. It will be
open to the Petitioner to pursue the remedy in the
pending civil suit. With the above observations,
Petition disposed of.
