1. Heard. In the absence of satisfactory medical
evidence, there is absolutely no case made out for
extension of period of parole. Even otherwise, the
petitioner has availed the maximum period of 90
days of parole. In the circumstances, in the
absence of case being made out, the question of
grant of any reliefs, does not arise. Petition
is, therefore, rejected.
