1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states
that while reserving the liberty to raise all the
points which are sought to be raised in this
petition, at the time of framing of charge,
Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the petition
with a request for directions to the trial Court to
take up the matter expeditiously in view of the
fact that FIR was registered in August 2004 and the
Petitioner was arrested in 2006. Petition is
accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with the said

liberty. Needless to say that in view of the fact
that FIR was recorded on 29th August, 2004 and the
charge sheet has been filed in 2007, the Court
below should expedite the hearing of the matter.
2. With the above observation, petition is allowed
to be withdrawn and stands disposed of accordingly.
