 . Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant.

 2. In my view, no substantial question of law is

 raised by the appellant in this appeal. It is the case
 of the appellant that the appellant had purchased Gat

¶13

 No.309 at Village Sangvi, Tal.Baramati and that the
 respondent had purchased Gat No.308 which was the
 property joint to the property purchased by the

 appellant. It is submitted that by mistake, the
 appellant was in possession of Gat No.308 and respondent
 was in possession of Gat No.309. The learned Counsel

 for the appellant submits that she would like to explore
 the possibility of settlement to find out whether the

 respondent herein is willing to exchange the plot which
 is in her possession. Only, therefore, in order to
 explore this possibility of settlement, notice is being
 issued to the respondents.

 3. Issue notice before admission to the respondents
 returnable on 6th August, 2007.
