 opinion, the order requires to be slightly

 modified. The 1st sentence in paragraph 4 shall
 now read as under:

 . "However, as observed by the committee, if the
 petitioner is found eligible and/or entitled to
 protection of the Government Resolution dated
 15/6/95 and, if he is found suitable his services
 cannot be terminated only on the ground that he
 does not belong to Scheduled Tribe and his
 certificate belonging to that category is
 invalidated."
