By this review application applicant is seeking review of an order passed by me on 22.2.07. By the said order I have rejected the application moved by the present applicant for his impledment as party-respondent in writ petition. The reason assigned for rejecting the application No.271/07 is that an identical prayer made by the applicant in Application No.7753/97 was rejected by an order dated 5.12.97. It is undisputed that an identical prayer was rejected by rejection of application No.7753/97. Hence no case for review is made out. Review petition is thus rejected. 5.10.07
