2.This Review Petition has been taken out by
the parties who were not parties to the main petition.
When I passed the orders sought to be reviewed, it was
not pointed out to me and I overlooked the fact that
the matter clearly falls for the consideration of the
Division Bench and not a single Judge. After having
pointed out the provisions to Mr.Govilkar, the learned
counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.1, he
admitted this to be so.

3.In this view of the matter, it is not
necessary to consider the other arguments on behalf of
the Petitioners.
