1) We have heard learned counsel for the
parties. While disposing of the petition, in
Paragraph no. 5 in so far as the report of the
Chartered Accountant, we had set out as under :
"That would be subject to the rights of the
parties if they are aggrieved by the order
of the Chartered Accountant".

2) In other words, if the applicants before us
are aggrieved by the calculations done by the
Chartered Accountant, they are free to proceed
according to law.
3) The Motion and Review Petition are
accordingly disposed of.
