The learned counsel appearing for the respondents state that all the six flats in the property in question were regularized during the period from 1965 to 2005. Flat No.2 as mentioned in the letter written by Central Bank was also regularized in the year 2005 and nothing has been regularized in the recent past.
In view of the statement made, we do not think it necessary to pass any interim orders. However, any action during the pendency of this writ petition, shall be subject to final decision of this writ petition, which all concerned be informed.
