2. By this notice of motion, the petitioner is
seeking to recall the order dated 7th March 2002 and
restore the petition on board for final hearing on its
own merits.
3. We have perused the affidavit in support to
the notice of motion. For the reasons stated,
sufficient cause is made out for recall of our order
dated 7th March 2002. Accordingly, notice of motion
is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and
(c). Writ petition No.496/1989 be placed on board for
final hearing on 28th June 2007.
