made absolute. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made
absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c). Written
statement of the first defendant shall be taken on
record if it is filed within a period of three weeks
from today.
3. Place the suit for settlement of issues on 5th
September,2007. Parties to file draft issues on that
day.
