. The parties have tendered consent terms. Th
learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties
have read, understood and have put their signatures in
confirmation and they have been instructed to get the
appeals disposed of in accordance with the consent
terms which are also signed by the learned counsel for
the parties. The consent terms are taken on record and
marked "X" for identification.
2. We, therefore, dispose of the two appeals on
the basis of the consent terms marked "X". What this
Court understands from the consent terms is that the
parties would go for mutual divorce by filing a
petition under Section 13 B of the Hindu Marriage Act,
and would not claim maintenance. Secondly, they will
withdraw litigations filed against each other and
allegations made in support of their respective cases.
We, therefore, dispose of the two appeals accordingly
as settled with no order as to costs.
3. The civil applications do not survive and the
same are dismissed as infructuous.
