Special leave to appeal granted. Appeals be registered. Upon registration action in terms of Section 390 Cr.P.C. be taken by the learned JMFC.
Appeals under Stamp Nos. 1048, 1045 and 1050 to be heard together. Likewise appeals under Stamp Nos. 1833, 1835, 1837 and 1839 shall also be heard together and alongwith the other three appeals.
In case the parties are willing to arrive at the compromise, they should do so within a period of three weeks.
