Company Registrar since the Petition has been shown as pending since 1985. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions and the client had taken away all the papers. In these circumstances, the Company Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. However, it is clarified that it would be open to the Petitioner to apply for revival of the Petition in the event the Petitioner is still desirous of proceeding further within a period of four weeks from today. Subject to the aforesaid, the Company Petition is dismissed.
