Ms Deshpande for respondent bank. The learned counsel for the applicant states that he received the order dated 23.1.2007 belatedly. The applicant seeks to continue the ad-interim order dated 5.3.2004 for a further period of four weeks from today, in
order to enable him to approach the Apex Court. Ms Deshpande opposes this application. Even so in the interest of justice we continue the ad-interim order dated 5.3.2004 for a period of four weeks from today.
Civil Application is disposed of.
Applicant is granted one week's time from today to
pay the cost of Rs. 10,000/- each as directed by this court in the order dated 23.1.2007 passed in the civil applications.
