 1. While admitting this petition on
 27-11-1999, stay of eviction order passed
 by the Division Bench of the Small Causes

 Court on 4-2-1998 was granted.

 2. On a Civil Application taken out

 by the applicants / original respondents,
 this Court passed an order on 24-11-2005
 directing the original petitioner
 (respondent herein) to deposit the entire
 arrears of rent payable by them. As the
 original petitioners have failed to
 comply with the said order, the present
 civil application is taken out by the
 applicants.

 3. According to the applicant, the
 arrears of rent payable by the original
 petitioners as on November, 2006 was
 Rs.10,420/-. Learned counsel for the
 respondents disputed the claim and stated
 that the arrears of rent upto November,
 2007 is only to Rs.7,944/-.

 4. Without prejudice to the rights
 and contentions of both the parties, the
 original petitioners are directed to
 deposit the arrears of rent amounting to
 Rs.7,944/- within two weeks from today
 failing which the stay of eviction
 granted on 27-11-1999 shall stand vacated
 without any further reference to the
 Court.

 5. On production of authenticated
 copy of this order, the Small Causes
 Court to accept the arrears of rent.

 6. Civil application disposed of in
 the above terms with no order as to
 costs.
