2.For the reasons stated in the Civil
Applications, we are inclined to condone the delay but
subject to payment of costs quantified at Rs.500/- to
be paid to each of the Respondents within a period of
four weeks. On non-compliance of the direction of this
Court to pay the costs, the application for condonation
of delay to stand dismissed. Costs to be deposited in
the Court within a stipulated period.

3.The Civil Applications stand disposed of
accordingly.

4.The matters be listed for admission in case
costs is deposited by the Applicant.
