2. This appeal is directed against the judgments
of the courts below by which a suit filed by
respondents-plaintiffs for possession of two rooms in
dispute has been decreed holding that they have
proved their ownership and have derived title from
deceased Dattaram. Both the courts below after
having considered the entire evidence on record have
recorded a categoric finding holding that the
plaintiffs are the owners of the suit property. No
substantial question of law is either raised or
involved in the present appeal. In the circumstances
this second appeal fails and is dismissed as such.
Consequently, civil application is also disposed of.
