Applicant. On 14th March 2007, ad-interim
stay was granted in terms of prayer clause
(b) subject to the applicant depositing
the entire decretal amount with the trial
court. The writ received from the trial
court discloses that the decretal amount
was deposited by the Applicant on 19th
April 2007 and on the same day the
claimants have withdrawn the said amount.
Hence, the Application does not survive
and the same is disposed of. It is made
clear that withdrawal of the compensation
amount by the claimants will be subject to
final outcome of the Appeal.
