. This is an application filed by the insurance
company seeking stay of the judgment and award passed
by the MACT, Sindhudurg in Claim Petition No. 28 of
1998 on 13.11.2003. There will be stay of the impugned
judgment and award on the appellant depositing the
compensation granted under the impugned award in the

MACT, Sindhudurg which, we are informed, is already
deposited. The respondents-claimants are entitled to
withdraw the same on furnishing security to the
satisfaction of the MACT.
2. The civil application stands disposed of
accordingly. No order as to costs.
