1.The prayer in this application filed by the
State is for extention of time to file
cross-objection. Considering the averments made in
the Application, the same desrves to be allowed.
Accordingly the Application is allowed in terms of
prayer clause (a).
2.Time of six weeks is granted to remove all
office objections in the cross objection. If all
office objections are not removed within stipulated
time, the cross objection will stand dismissed for
want of prosecution without further reference to
the Court.
