2. Applicant has sought extention of time to
deposit the sum of Rs.5 lakhs as directed in this
Court’s order dated 13th November 2006.
3. Mr.Saudagar states that although time to
deposit has expired, the applicant has not been
arrested.
4. On the last occasion, when this
applcation was placed before me, I had declined
the request of Mr.Saudagar to permit applicant to
deposit an amount of Rs.5 lakhs in instalments.
At his request the matter was adjourned till
today to enable him to take instructions.
5. Mr.Saudagar, today, on taking
instructions makes a statement that the applicant
would deposit the amount of Rs.5 lakhs in this
Court by 7th February 2007.

6. In the event, the amount is deposited as
stated by Mr.Saudagar, time to deposit the amount
of Rs.5 lakhs as stipulated under the order dated
13th November 2006 stands extended till 7th
February 2007.
7 No other modification is necessary.
Application is disposed of.
8. Needless to state that if the amount is
not deposited as stated by 7th February 2007, the
order dated 13th November 2006 stands, without
any modification therein. All concerned to act
on an authenticated copy of this order.
