 1. Heard.

 2. This is an application for direction to
 issue passport to the applicant in order to enable
 the applicant, who is an Advocate and serving with
 M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co. to go out of the
 country for certain assignment. Mr. Satpute had
 taken time for instructions. Now he states that

 permission to go abroad be granted for 3 months.

 However, looking to the background of the applicant

 and the job he requires to do, we direct the
 Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to issue passport to the
 applicant initially for a period of six months.
 Applicant will give all his contact numbers of
 India. He will also furnish contact number of
 abroad before going abroad. Passport to be issued
 to the applicant in any case within two weeks from
 today. Period of six months to be computed from the
 date of issuance of the passport.
