The applicant has filed the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of F.I.R. dated 7.12.2005 vide crime no. 354/2005 registered at Police Station, Pulgaon and the charge sheet filed pursuant to the said report for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386, 387 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 33 and 32-B of Bombay Money Lenders Act. Since the charge sheet has been already filed the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to urge all the grounds before the learned Magistrate dealing with the case.
In view of the statements made by Mr. Vyas the application is allowed to be withdrawn. Liberty to the applicant to urge whatever grounds available in law before the learned Magistrate. The

application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
