. Heard the learned advocate for the appellant and
the learned APP for the State. This is an application
for relaxation of the condition of attendance imposed
upon the accused at the time of granting bail by which
he is required to mark his presence once in a week. The
learned advocate for the appellant states that the
accused has complied with this condition for the last 2
years and now the condition be relaxed.
2. In the circumstances, the condition of
attendance stands relaxed. The accused shall attend the
concerned police station once in the first week of every
month commencing from 1st week of July, 2007.
3. Application is disposed off accordingly.
