and the learned A.P.P. for the State. As per the administrative order dated 18th August 2007 passed by

the Hon’ble the Chief Justice, this application is

placed before this Court.

While enlarging the Applicant on bail by order dated 21st December 2006, a condition was imposed

directing the Applicant to report to Baramati Police

¶21

Station on 1st Saturday of every calender month.

¶22

The prayer in this application is for

relaxation of the said condition on the ground that the Applicant who is a practising Advocate finds it

very difficult to attend the Police Station on 1st

Saturday as 1st Saturday in the Court at Baramati is a

working Saturday.

Though the application is opposed by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the learned A.P.P.

pointed out that till today the Applicant has complied

with the said condition.

Considering the averments made in the application and especially the averments made in paragraphs 3 and 4 thereof, the condition imposed by this Court needs modification. The Applicant can be

directed to attend the concerned Police Station on 4th

Saturday of every calender month.

Accordingly, application is disposed of by

passing the following order :-

	(a)		Condition	incorporated	in	clause	(ii)	of
paragraph		6	of o	rder dated	21	st Dece	mber	2006
is	modified		by	directing	that	the	bail	is
granted		to	the	Applicant	subj	ect to		condition
of	the		Applicant	reporting	to	Baram	ati	Police
Station	on		4th	Saturday	of	every		calender

It is clarified that the said modification in order dated 21st December 2006 is confined only to the Applicant in this application and in so far as other Applicants are concerned, the original order will stand.
