 1. Heard Mr.Tiwari, the learned counsel for the

 applicant and Ms.Gadhvi, the learned counsel for the
 respondent no.1.

 2. The applicant was granted bail subject to his

 executing P.R.of Rs.1 lakh with one or more sureties in

 the like amount and he has already furnished the surety
 of his wife, who has taken solvency certificate against
 her particular property. As now she wants to dispose
 off that property, the applicant has moved this
 application seeking direction that he may be allowed to
 furnish cash security of Rs.1 lakh in lien of the surety

 of his wife Madhu R. Khaneja. Ms.Gadhvi, the learned
 counsel for the respondent no.1 on instructions from the

 concerned officer, makes a statement that the respondent

 no.1 has no objection.

 3. Therefore, the application is allowed in terms
 of the prayer clause (a) and the applicant is allowed to
 furnish cash security of Rs.1 lakh in view of the surety
 furnished by his wife.
