1. Heard. Rule. Returnable forthwith, by
consent.
2. The petitioner is related to the accused in
Bombay Blast Case, i.e. he is the nephew of the
wife of the accused involved in Bomb Blast case and
on that count Passport Authorities have refused to
issue passport.

3. We have passed an order on 7.3.2006 in Writ
Petition No. 138 of 2006 in favour of Mrs. Shamim
Aara Mohammad Ismail, her husband’s sister’s husband
was involved in Bomb Blast case and on that count
police took objection for grant of passport. The
present writ petition No. 702 of 2006 is of the
similar nature. There is no role or involvement of
the present petitioner in the said Bomb Blast case,
therefore, the same order i.e. Passport Authorities
are directed to issue the passport to the
Petitioner, if he otherwise fulfills all the
conditions.
