. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
the learned AGP. In the year 1984, an award has been
passed in respect of the acquisition of the land from
survey No. 107 of Nerual, Navi Mumbai, admeasuring
about 9 guntahs. The petitioner is seeking a limited
relief for directions to respondent No.1, that a copy of
the award or certificate regarding survey No. 107 of
Nerual Navi Mumbai be issued to him.
2. We direct respondent No.1 to issue either a copy

of the award passed in respect of the land admeasuring 9
gunthas from survey No.107, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, or issue
a copy of the certificate, within a period of four weeks
from today.
3. Mrs. Thakur, the learned AGP to communicate
this order to respondent No.2.
4. The petition is disposed off in terms of the
above directions.
5. Writ to go to respondent No.1 forthwith.
