The Petitioner had preferred an appeal which is now
pending. In view of the pendency of the appeal,
learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the
Petition with liberty to raise all questions as
raised herein in the appeal which is pending. The
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as
prayed.
