. Heard Mr.Sale, the learned counsel for the petitioners who claim to have approached the Joint Charity Commissioner at Worli, Mumbai and filed an application under Section 47 of the Bombay Public
Trusts Act, 1950 and the said application has been
registered as Application No.42 of 2006.
. We are sure that the Joint Charity Commissioner will deal with the application as per
law and we do not see any reason to entertain this
petition and give directions as prayed for.
. The petition is, therefore, rejected.
