order:
"The learned counsel for the petitioner
states that the petitioner does not have
personal interest in the subject matter of
the writ petition. According to him, the
writ petition has been filed by the
petitioner in public interest in general and
particularly for large number of insured
workers. The petitioner must file an
appropriate affidavit in that regard before
the court considers treating this writ
petition in the nature of public interest
litigation.
. Stand over for two weeks.": 2 :
2.No Affidavit has been filed by the petitioner
justifying his prayer that the Writ Petition may be
treated as Public Interest Litigation.
3.Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly.
