College Tribunal at Mumbai, consent terms were filed by
the parties, in which the petitioner has admitted that
he has received back wages. That being the case,
nothing survives so far the present petition is
concerned. A Xerox copy of the consent terms filed
before the Tribunal is taken on record. In view of
this, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
