 . It is the case of the petitioner that
 Respondent No.7 has carried out illegal
 construction and Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 have
 failed to take action. Considering the
 controversy, we direct Respondent No.3 or if he is
 not competent officer, the competent officer to

 examine the complaint made by the petitioner and
 after hearing the petitioner and Respondent No.7
 to pass appropriate orders according to law. The
 entire action to be completed within 12 weeks from
 today. With the above observation petition stands
 disposed of.
