The petition impugns the concurrent
findings of the Small Causes Court,
Pune and of the District Judge in
appeal which relates to assessment
made by the Municipal Corporation in
respect of the premises in which the
petitioner has her clinic.
2.This Court has examined the
orders passed by the Trial Court and

find that the respondent Municipal
Corporation was justified in
assessing the property at the rate of
Rs. 13,450/- by duly taking into
consideration its valuation and said
assessment was for the period
1.11.1992 to 31.3.1993 and 1.4.1993
to 31.3.1994. The respondent
Municipal Corporation was justified
in claiming municipal taxes for the
said period in accordance with
reassessment done. Therefore, this
Court does not find any merit in the
petiton. Same is dismissed.
