Investigation under section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 has been directed by the Magistrate, and
the grievance of the petitioner is that it is not being
carried out. In that circumstances, the petitioner can
approach to the concerned Magistrate for further redressal.
No interference from this Court is required at this state.
Petition is hereby rejected.
