of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Uran. In view of
this, no coercive or penal action be taken against the
Petitioner for a period of two weeks from the date of
decision rendered by the Judicial Magistrate, First
Class, Uran in Municipal Appeal No.9 of 1996. The
