. By consent ofthe parties the following
order is passed:

1. That the petiioner in writ petition no.3005
of 2003 that is the employer will pay to the
respondents that is the employee in writ petition
no.1838 of 2003, a sum of Rs.2 lacs within a period
of one week from today.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner
states that the said payment will be made by D/D
within the aforesaid time. The Respondent employee
is present in court and accepts the aforesaid
offer. On aforesaid payment being made, there
shall be no claims against each other and all the
disputes raised of the employment of respondent
with the petitioner company will come to an end.
The aforesaid amount of Rs.2 lacs will be paid over
and above an amount of Rs.40840/- which has already
been withdrawn by the respondents. The amount of
the aforesaid compensation will be treated as
spread over from the date of his termination till
today. Both the petitions are disposed of
accordingly.
