counsel		appearing	for	defe	ndants	that	the		defendant
Nos.3	and	5 are	not	partners	of	the defen	dant	No.1	firm,
on	a	motion	made	by the	learn	ed counsel	appe	aring	for

plaintiff, names of defendant Nos.3 and 5 are permitted

to be deleted.

The defendant Nos.1, 2 and 4 admit the suit claim. Hence decree on admission in terms of prayer

clauses (a) and (b) against defendant Nos.1, 2 and 4.

Refund of court fees as per rules.

By consent of parties, the defendants are

directed to pay the decretal amount in the following

manner :-

. For a period of six months from September

2006,	the	d	efendants	shall		pay	to	the	plaintiff
Rs.20,000/-.			Each	monthly	instalm	ent	shall	be	payable
on or		before	15th	day of	each	calend	ar	month.	After
expiry	of	the	period	of	six m	onths	from	September	2006,
the ba	lance	d	ecretal	amount	shall	be	payab	le by	the
defendants	by	mo	nthly	instalment	of	Rs.	30,000/-	p.m.	In
case the	de	fendants	com	mit any	two	de	fault	in payment	of

decretal amount, the entire decretal amount shall become

recoverable. Suit is disposed off.
