1. Heard the learned Advocate for the Appellants.
2. From the perusal of the judgments of both the lower
courts it is very clear that the suit simplicitor for
permanent injunction in respect of two lands was filed
by the plaintiffs. The trial Court after considering
the evidence on record held that plaintiffs have failed
to prove their possession of the suit property. The
said finding is confirmed by the first Appellate Court.
There is nothing on record to indicate that Courts below
have not taken into consideration particular evidence or
that appreciation of evidence is perverse. No error of
law is pointed out by the Appellants.No substantial
question of law is involved in the present appeal.
3. The appeal is dismissed in limine.
