submits that the inquiry against the CHA would be
completed with a period of 8 weeks from today. In view
of this statement coming from the learned counsel for
the revenue, the question sought to be raised being
academic needs no consideration in the present appeal.
The impugned order shall not form a precedent for any
other matter. Question sought to be raised is left
open for consideration in appropriate case.
Appeal, thus, stands dismissed in limine
with no order as to costs.
