 . The present petition is filed in respect of

 Scheme of Amalgamation of Calyx Pharmaceuticals and
 Chemicals P.Ltd. with Calyx Chemicals and
 Pharmaceuticals P.Ltd. The petitioner company has
 filed necessary affidavit stating that all the
 requirements as per the orders passed by this court
 are complied with. Official Liquidator as well as
 Regional Director have also filed their affidavit

 and state that they have no objection. In view

 thereto, petition is made absolute in terms of
 prayer clause (a) to (e) in Company Petition No.100
 of 2006 and (a) to (d) in Company Petition No.101

 of 2006. The petitioner to pay the cost of
 Rs.2500/- to the Regional Director and Official
 Liquidator. All concerned to act on the copy of
 this order.
