The State Government has filed affidavit of Bhimsing
Kashiram Usare, Deputy Secretary, Higher and Technical Education Department mentioning therein that the Government has now issued G.R., dated 15th June, 2006 dereserving the post in compliance with the order passed by this court. The copy of the G.R., is also filed. In the GR it is clarified that the College authorities have to act as per GR
dated 2nd November, 2005 wherein the College Authorities shall
submit the proposal for regularisation the petitioner's post to the University and the University will have to act on it. Learned counsel appearing for the College Authorities also makes a statement on the basis of the GR dated 15th June, 2006 and a proposal for the
regularisation of the petitioner's post will be submitted to the
University as per GR dated 2nd November, 2005. In view of this the contemnor does not press the contempt petition. The show cause notice therefore stands discharged. Contempt petition stands disposed of.
