.This Chamber Summons has been taken out by
M/s. Hiranandani Builders praying therein that they may
be joined as party-respondents or, in the alternative,

be allowed to intervene. Mr. Gautam Patel, the counsel
for the petitioners has no objection if the applicants
are permitted to intervene in the Writ Petition.
2.We, accordingly, make the Chamber Summons
absolute in terms of prayer clause (b). Prayer clause
(b) reads thus:
"(b)In the alternative to prayer (a) above
the Applicants/Intervenors be allowed to
intervene in the Petition and other
proceedings in the Petition."
