statement that inspite of repeated reminders, messages
and approaches, the petitioner company has not taken any
steps to give instructions to proceed with the matter.
Consequently, learned counsel reports no instructions.

submits that the applicant company is already in the
process of winding up.

application is dismissed for want of prosecution with no
