.The Advocate for the petitioner, by means of
this Civil Application, prays for fixing the date of
hearing of the Writ Petition. We find that some of the
documents placed on record by the petitioner are in
Marathi and without any English translation. In absence
thereof, the Writ Petition cannot be posted for hearing.
2.We accordingly direct the petitioner to supply
English translation of Marathi documents. It will be
open to the petitioner to apply for fixing the date of

hearing after the English translation of Marathi
documents is supplied.
3.Civil Application stands disposed of.
