has expired on 11th January, 2005. The notice of
this civil application was issued along with the
notice of Civil Application No.2126 of 2004 as per
the order dated 14th July, 2005. Inspite of
service no one is present. Therefore, the civil
application to bring the legal representatives of
respondent no.2 on record is hereby granted. Civil
application is disposed of accordingly.
