2. This is an application to extend the
time to furnish undertaking which was
directed to be filed by order dated
18.10.2005. The undertaking was not filed
due to the circumstances mentioned in the
application. I am satisfied that there was
sufficient ground for non-filing of the
undertaking within two weeks from the date
of the order.
3. Hence, the application is made absolute
in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b).
The undertaking is said to be ready and is
filed alongwith the application which is
taken on record and marked "X" for
identification. The undertaking filed on
record is that of the petitioner. The
undertaking of other adult members, if any,
is to be filed within one week from the
date of this order.
